At Playground World, we take pride in the quality and durability of our playground equipment. All products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our high standards.

Returns for Defective Items Only
We accept returns strictly for items that are received in a defective or damaged condition. If you receive a parcel that is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photos and a description of the defect.

Return Process
Once your return is approved, you will be required to arrange and cover the cost of the return courier. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions or are submitted beyond the 7-day window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
